I'm finally getting around to posting my IB Art pieces. 
This piece was about seasonal affective disorder. Mostly, the piece is meant to make the viewer feeling upset and unhappy by the part representing winter (left) and warm and comforted by the fall, spring and summertime parts (right).
I seriously just love this piece beyond belief. <3 I fussed around with the waves forever. I had the view originally from the side and changed it to be an overhead shot instead. I'm super happy with how it turned out. The tree is very Bob Rossian, which make me happy. The man hour I've spent watching him have not gone to waste.
It's acyrlic on canvas.
